  • For the 100% self-study and OnTrack online courses, all the materials you need are included in the course fee. The registration has a built-in process to ensure you are familiar with the materials, platform and tools provided during the course before you get started. For some courses and 1:1 lessons we recommend following a course book if that would suit you better.

  • For group classes, lessons are once a week at a scheduled time. Group lessons are usually 1 hour long, 1:1 usually half hour. Some people opt to have lessons more frequently. You receive the study materials a few days before class so you have the chance to study the class material in your own time (usually between 1 and 2 hours of study provided there).

Most courses are put together with each lesson standing alone, so any missed classes can be caught up on as and when you can, you don’t need to study the missed class and before you can move on.

In addition, as a good teaching practice, all courses include a lot of revision and recycling. In fact, every 4th lesson is mostly a review class. However, we recommend if it is possible, you attend all the classes to get the most out of your learning journey.

  • The self-study materials are emailed to everyone on Monday. If you wish to fast-track, you can request to have all the materials sent to you at once. You can go as fast as you like, and progress level by level.

Opting to have 1:1 classes with a teacher is also something to consider!

For 1:1 /1:2 classes, you need to give the teacher at least 24 hours notice or you will be charged for the class, as per our terms and conditions.
