For most of these classes, to maximise class time and speed up your learning, we use the blended learning approach of OnTrack online - where you receive access to all the course materials in advance, so you can prepare each lesson in in your own time, and so then in the classes you will know what we are going to be doing, be prepared and we will spend the class doing activities and plenty of speaking!

3 day Portuguese mini-courses

We'll get speaking!  Each session stands alone, covers one useful topic (such as going to the café, talking about family, travelling…) and will include games, activities and role plays in Portuguese.

OnTrack Online Group Classes

The sequence of the 9 levels is this:
Beginner: A1.1(1a) – A1.2 (1b) – A1.3 (1c)
Elementary: A2.1 (2a) – A2.2 (2b) – A2.3 (2c)
Intermediate: B1.1 (3a) – B1.2 (3b) – B1.2 (3c)

You will get 180 days access to the online platform with the 12 lesson package packed with materials put together in a well structured and easy to digest way. Each lesson has a training video, pdfs and online flashcards and games to keep you engaged and motivated. (all pdfs are downloadable - so you can study offline too).

A2 CIPLE exam prep courses

We are running 4 x 12 week online courses in 2026 preparing for the exams in March, May, July and November. we have a 97% pass rate :) Join us on Zoom. Full details here.

Chat Group

A weekly themed chat. Receive a weekly email with chat ideas and join the live session to chat with other learners at your level in break-out groups of 2-3 people. Great speaking practice! Full details here

Book club

Every other month we read one book in 4 stages, with optional questions to think about each week. When we meet we falar português and discuss interesting language and our opinions about the section read that week. Full details here.
