AND because we learn really well from stories and seeing examples of correct language, every week I put together 3 stories or dialogues on the week’s theme with examples of the week’s words and phrases in a useful context. I strongly believe that we can learn a lot from reading, these mini-texts with translations are just the right length for you to digest easily. (look at the translations first if that helps!)
A0/ A1 O dia da Ana
A Ana acorda às sete horas. Ela lava a cara e escova os dentes. Depois, toma o pequenoalmoço: pão com manteiga e café com leite. Vai para o trabalho de autocarro às oito. Trabalha num escritório até às cinco da tarde. Almoça sempre ao meio-dia. Depois do trabalho, vai ao supermercado. Às sete, janta com a família. Vê televisão ou lê um livro. Deita-se às dez da noite.
A2 Rotina do João durante a semana
Durante a semana, o João acorda cedo, por volta das seis e meia. Ele faz exercício físico em casa durante trinta minutos. Depois, toma banho, veste-se e toma o pequeno-almoço. Sai de casa às oito menos um quarto e apanha o comboio para Lisboa. Trabalha num banco das nove às cinco e meia. Almoça com os colegas num restaurante perto do trabalho. Quando chega a casa, prepara o jantar e fala com os filhos. Normalmente, vai dormir por volta das onze.
B1+ A rotina equilibrada da Marta
A Marta é professora de inglês e tem uma rotina bastante equilibrada. Acorda todos os dias às sete e quinze, toma um duche rápido e prepara um pequeno-almoço saudável. Come fruta, iogurte e cereais. Ensina em duas escolas diferentes, por isso passa muito tempo em deslocações. Ao final da tarde, gosta de caminhar no parque perto de casa para relaxar. Ao fim de semana, aproveita para descansar, ler e encontrar-se com os amigos. Ela acredita que manter uma boa rotina ajuda a ter uma vida mais feliz e produtiva
